Return & refund Policy

1. Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the items meet our return conditions.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original pristine condition.
  • All original tags and protective packaging (box, case, cleaning cloth) must be included.
  • Prescription lenses are highly customized. For defective prescription lenses, please contact our support team immediately. Change of mind on custom prescription lenses may be subject to a restocking fee.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please visit your account dashboard and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team at our Contact Us page. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the items back to us.

4. Processing Time and Refunds

Once we receive your returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return conditions. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the return processing. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping fees.
