Orders & Shipping
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping is available for 1-2 business day delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Currently, we only ship within Sri Lanka. However, we are working on expanding our delivery network in the near future.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order status directly from your Account Dashboard under 'My Orders'.
We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged product. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.
